That’s when I started to realize that maybe I had been looking in the wrong places that whole time. I was looking for temporary half-assed fixes for my anxiety, when actually if I wanted to rebel against anxiety for the long-term I had to become the badass I knew I had inside me all along

When I started to live my days in a way that honored the badass inside of me; I finally began to feel like I was coming back to life.

✅My nights were now for sleeping instead of mental breakdowns

The best thing?

 I am living a life I didn’t think was possible for me. I don’t take anxiety meds, I haven’t had a drink since 2019, I nourish myself with foods that bring me joy and movement that I love, and I feel happy, ambitious and confident. And I haven’t let my anxiety control me since.
