Hi there! I’m Starlyn and I am so happy you are here.
I help moms who are mentally, and physically, exhausted reclaim their health, energy, and confidence so they can stop just surviving and start thriving.
My purpose in life is to help you live yours: full of health, energy and all the happiness.
I am a wellness coach for women who are ready to transform their lives by reclaiming their health and energy, gaining confidence in their body, while living a happy and balanced life.
My passion is helping women feel alive again, feel like they can tackle anything life throws their way and to not feel like wellness is one more thing on their to-do list.
It is my mission to help you live life like you were born to.
I love spending Saturday mornings at the farmer’s market.
I am a certified Harley Davidson mechanic and I used to race motocross.
I once ran a half marathon without training because my 6-month-old (at the time) refused to be strapped into a stroller for me to go for my training runs. I do NOT recommend this!
I recently decided to start making breakfast salads and they are my new favorite thing. I DO recommend this.
I am the mother of two very independent (stubborn 🤪) girls.
Hiking in the mountains of Colorado, riding motorcycles or playing in the ocean are what makes my soul the happiest.
It took me nearly 40 years before I started to listen to my body and what it needed.

1x Discovery call for us to get to know each other and give you a taste of what coaching looks like and help me meet you where you are so I can customize a plan that works best for you. We will look at where you are, where you want to go and how you are going to get there.
Welcome packet questionnaire.
2x 50-minute introductory sessions that will have self-exploration, assessments, and give me an idea of where you are and where you want to go!
Handouts and activities as needed.
10x 50-minute coaching calls held via Zoom or phone (whatever you are more comfortable with). This is where all the magic happens.
Voxer and email support, as needed, between sessions.

The process:
We will meet for 50 minutes via Zoom or a phone call (once again, the modality is your choice) on a bi-weekly basis.
We will begin with some introductory sessions (typically 2-3, depending on what your needs are). These sessions include self-exploration, assessments, visioning and goal setting.
Once we have the foundation laid then we will start our ongoing sessions. Each week we will look at where you are, where you want to be, and what the path to get there looks like.
Using my signature MAP Method, we will set goals and make action plans. You will learn techniques and ways to implement what you have learned so you can continue to move toward your goals, and beyond.

Most importantly, Health Coaches take a holistic approach to health, focusing not just on food, but also all the other areas of life that can support and nourish overall health

No! Firstly, I am not a registered dietician, so I am not qualified to tell you what to eat. Secondly, I am not YOU, so I do not know what works best for your body. Only you know the answer to that. However, I will work side by side with you to determine what foods help you feel the best.

Before you sign up for a coaching program we will have a complimentary discovery call. This will help us to both decide if we are a good fit to make the magic happen. If it isn’t a good fit then there is no obligation to move forward with the program.
